This weeks ebay picks ...
Whilst looking through the random classic cars on ebay UK ( Trabant wanted ... shhh , don't tell anyone ;-) ) I came across this low mileage Honda Accord series 1 in lovely beige and brown combo crying out for a mild drop and some rare JDM alloys and also this Toyota Century which would make an awesome VIP retro cruiser .

Many people may think that it's only recently that the japanese 'tuning' scene has flourished but that's a load of kakapoo ! America's 'Hot Rod' magazine had a few articles on they're project Toyota way back when it was a new car .

More Roth ' ness !
Seeing as we've just looked at some Ed Roth honda's it seemed only fitting to post up this concept drawing of a 'Surfite' themed Nissan Cube . The original Surfite was Mini Cooper based but i'm sure if the big daddy himself was still around he'd love this new version .

Rice by Roth !
The madcap masterpieces by Ed 'Big Daddy' Roth are well known in the world of hot rods . Vehicles such as the Beatnik Bandit and the Orbitron as well as his cartoon creation 'Rat Fink' are well documented by magazine and world wide web .
However , it's not such common knowledge that he was also a fan of early Honda's , his little N600 and first gen Civic are both shown here ( along with a few of his other offbeat creations )
